It doesn't mean used, unusable or rusty.
All my bearings are carefully inspected. If they are contaminated or dirty through previously being handled, they are washed in a continuously filtered flushing system until clean, and then inspected for any rolling or cage damage.
If there is any doubt about the quality they are thrown out. If they pass then a thorough coating of non-staining rust preventative is applied before being wrapped in a volatile corrosion inhibited paper for storage.
My personal GUARANTEE is to replace from my own stocks, freight free, any bearing that is not "as per factory condition", or a full refund.
